This retreat is open to all former staff of Camps Hagan, Miller, Ministerium and Bear Creek! Enjoy a weekend sharing old memories and making new ones with friends from across the generations of camp staff.
Pre-registration is required for all attendees. Registration is restricted to alumni members and their household.

In order to accurately order food and continue to keep the
cost of this event low, please register your family for meals by Thursday,
August 31st. No day-of meal purchasing will be available. You are
welcome to bring your own food and cook in either the East or South Site
Cabin assignments will be made based on listed preferences
within the registration software in order to use cabins as efficiently as
possible. When selecting housing, you may opt to select a “Closed” cabin that
will be restricted only to you and your family, “Open” to allow camp to assign
anyone to your cabin, or you will have the option to list specific
families/individuals you are comfortable housing with. You may also register a
tent to be set up on property or come to the event as a day-use only guest.
