Alumni Staff Reunion

2017:

Bear Creek Camp Alumni Staff Reunion (AKA Old Staff) is coming September 8-10, 2017. Come and join old friends and meet the next generation of staff carrying on the tradition of teaching and caring for campers just as you did.

A few new things this year from Dave & Marlea McAdoo, your Reunion Hosts;

  • Registration and payment for full weekends is available online here. If you are planning to stay only part of the weekend, or will not be eating at the camp, please register by contacting Dave McAdoo at: davemcadoo@gmail.com or 803-924-2742.
  • Full weekends will be $50 per person, with each additional person at $45. This includes all meals and lodging.
  • Please do not arrive prior to 2pm on Friday, September 8. The camp has a large retreat group that departs after lunch and time is needed for cleaning.
  • We ask that no pets come along. Please adhere to this request.

 

THE CANOE TRIP – If you are planning to canoe down the river on Friday, please sign up in advance. Last year a lot of paddlers showed up at the last minute causing a minor logistics panic with the Chamberlain Canoes Staff so please pre-register with Chamberlain Canoes: www.chamberlaincanoes.com or (800) 422-6631. Don’t forget to mention that you are part of the Miller-Hagan-Mini-Bear Creek Reunion Trip. Payment is made directly to Chamberlain Canoes the morning of the trip. Please DO NOT call or send payment to Bear Creek Camp for the canoe trip. Let’s try to outdo our 2016 record turnout and have a great day on the river!

2016:

Alumni Staff Reunion

Every year an alumni staff reunion is held at Bear Creek Camp.

The weekend will start on Friday, September 9 through Sunday, September 11. Registration fee is $5 per person, ages 6+. Max registration fee per family is $20.

*Children under 5 eat and stay for free, but we need a count for meals so that we can provide enough food.

2016 Summer Staff: Registration fee is $5. Meals cost an additional $20.
