Bear Creek Camp offers environmental education programs in schools and on our nearly 3,000 acres site of pristine land in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.  Whether you visit our site for a day or residential program, you are sure to experience adventure and discovery.   A variety of experiential programs are available and they can be tailored to meet the different needs of retreats, schools, scouts, and other groups.  Many of the programs meet Pennsylvania academic standards for Environment and Ecology, and they offer students an experience that cannot be found inside the classroom.  Over 25 miles of nature trails, a picnic area with pavilion, hands on nature center, and athletic fields are used to make your experience here one-of-a-kind.  Our programs  provides hands-on learning centers and interpretive displays, and the nature center building can be opened for all those who visit Bear Creek Camp.

The Environmental Program Brochure contains prices and additional information to help you choose the type of program best for your group.  Many of the following programs can be adapted to meet any grade level. If you see a program that does not list your grade please call Karen Gower, Environmental Programs Manager, at 570-472-3741.
